Delicious and Nutritious Vegan Dish!

There are no specific ingredient amounts. Who needs those? Nobody. It would be very difficult to mess up this dish. Have fun! Experiment! All ingredients are organic.

Start with a tablespoon or two of olive oil.

Sautee a medium size vidalia onion on low to medium heat.

If you choose add some garlic, ginger and turmeric.

Add two handfuls of chopped cabbage.

Add a half bag of cooked noodles.

Add a cup of peas.

Season with bragg’s aminos, flax oil, dulce flakes and black pepper

Continue heating/cooking on low/medium heat. Stir

Don’t cook out the nutrients.

Eat hot!

Enjoy!
